The Portfolio Division directs matters relating to the acquisition and disposition of real-estate interests and the planning and management of real estate to achieve its highest and best use.  Portfolio Division engages in activities such as lease administration; the allocation of District-owned properties and the leasing of properties for District agency operations; property acquisition and disposition; utility forecasting and payments for District facilities; and rent collection from businesses leasing District-owned property.
