DRES Performance Management

The Department of Real Estate Services (DRES), in conjunction with the Office of the City Administrator, tracks performance measures on a quarterly basis in the following subject areas: Construction, Facilities Management, Portfolio Management and Security Services.

This information is published in the agency’s year-end Performance Accountability Report (PAR)*. The PAR also compares the agency's progress in fulfilling the initiatives laid out in the Performance Plan published at the beginning of each fiscal year.

The agency Performance Plan* lays out the DRES mission, objectives and initiatives for the fiscal year. DRES selects specific initiatives which will move the agency forward and fulfill city-wide objectives. The Performance Plan also outlines the performance measures DRES will track quarterly and sets targets for each.

DRES reviews the Performance Plan and performance measures regularly to ensure the agency is meeting the established goals and objectives. More information is available on the CapStat website.

When reviewing performance plans, please note that the Department of Real Estate Services was formerly the Office of Property Management (OPM).
