The District of Columbia’s Office of Property Management (OPM) is seeking information and qualifications on buildings that meet the following criteria for the Child and Family Service Administration (CFSA). This public agency protects child victims and children that are at risk for abuse or neglect. CFSA is organized into several offices and administrations which provide four basic functions; child protective services, supportive family services, foster care, and permanence. These functions are developed into a series of programs and are implemented by CFSA’s many offices and administrations. Offered space must be contiguous within the building.

Parking: Parking must be available on a ratio of 1/1500 RSF.

Condition of Space: Please describe in detail the condition of the space such as: Shell; Awaiting Tenant Build-Out; New; and/or Some Improvements in Place.
