The District of Columbia’s Office of Property Management (OPM) is seeking information and qualifications on buildings that meet the following criteria for a branch of the District of Columbia Public Library. The Library is a vibrant center of activity for residents and visitors in the nation’s capital. The Library provides environments that invite reading, learning and community discussion and equips people to learn all their lives, to embrace diversity and build a thriving city.
Offered space must be contiguous within the building.
Interested and/or authorized individuals with qualifying properties must complete OPM’s Lessor’s Proposed Annual Costs Statement (
DC OPM Form S-101*), Proposal to Lease Space (
DC OPM Form S-102 TIA*), and Conditions for Applying to Solicitation and Offeror's Acknowledgement (
DC OPM Form S-103*).
All proposals should clearly reference Solicitation No. OPM-SFO-IN-2008-5 and be returned to
