Training (PSD)

PSD

The Training Branch of PSD is tasked with developing and providing professional law enforcement instruction to all members. The mission of the Branch is to develop and present relevant and pertinent in-service and pre-service programs that will afford PSD officers a professional level of training. Training programs will ensure that the needs of PSD are addressed and that there is accountability for all training provided.  Compliance is consistent with the Metropolitan Police Department’s (MPD) goals and objectives.
