Operational Support Command (PSD) 

PSD

The Operational Support Command is comprised of four elements:

Deputy Chief, Operational Support Command

Richard LopezJay A. Moore is the Deputy Chief of the Operational Support Command.  During his 26 years of service with the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, D.C., Deputy Chief Moore served in Patrol, Narcotics, Criminal Investigations and Command Administration where he received 101 commendable performance citations.  Upon his retirement, Deputy Chief Moore went to work in the federal sector, first as a police captain with the Office of Naval Intelligence and was working as a Disaster Assistant Security Manager for the Federal Emergency Management Administration, Department of Homeland Security just prior to coming aboard to PSD..
