The District of Columbia’s Office of Property Management (OPM) is seeking offers for qualifying properties that meet the following criteria for consideration by the Department of Human Services (DHS) program needs:

Requirements: 10 - 30 unit vacant apartment buildings that are comprised primarily of two (2) and (3) bedrooms per units, some one (1) bedroom are acceptable. Ground floor retail is required.

Locations: Buildings located throughout the District of Columbia

Tentative Settlement Date: 3rd Quarter 2009

Use: To be determined based on agency needs

Delineated Area: Within the boundaries of the District of Columbia, Metro Accessible

Parking: Not less than one parking space per every two units is preferable but not required

Sales Price: Negotiable

Condition of Space: It is preferable that buildings are offered/delivered completely renovated, vacant and, ready to occupy. Buildings that include units that are accessible according to the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG standard) are preferable.

Interested and/or authorized individuals with qualifying properties must complete
DC OPM Form S-104*.
