The District of Columbia’s Office of Property Management (OPM) is seeking offers for qualifying properties that meet the following criteria for consideration by the Department of Human Services (DHS) program needs:

Requirements: 20-30 (SRO) single room occupancy (only) buildings, dormitory style housing with common floor bathrooms, single rooms with bath or hotel style buildings.

Tentative Settlement Date: 3rd Quarter 2009

Use: To be determined based on agency needs

Delineated Area: Within the boundaries of the District of Columbia, Metro Accessible

Parking: Preferred but not required

Sales Price: Negotiable

Condition of Space: It is preferable that buildings are offered/delivered completely renovated, vacant and, ready to occupy. Buildings that include units that are accessible according to the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG standard) are preferable.
