The Government of the District of Columbia, through the Office of Property Management invites eligible applicants to respond to a Request For Offers with proposals for the lease of a certain District asset, 2601 18th St. NE Washington, DC 20018.

The District is seeking proposals for the sole permitted use of a nursing care facility.  Responses proposing any other use will not be considered.
