The Government of the District of Columbia, through the Department of Real Estate Services (“DRES”), invites interested parties who are “eligible applicants” to respond to this Request for Offers (“RFO”) with offers for the reuse of the following District of Columbia Public School (“DCPS”) asset:

The District strongly urges that an Offer not exceed 25 pages (excluding appendices).

Respondents shall provide five (5) hard copies of the written Offer in 12 point font size on 8.5” by 11” paper and one (1) CD ROM with all contents of the Offer. Electronic and facsimile Offers will not be accepted. Each Offer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope conspicuously marked: "Offer in Response to RFO for the Reuse of DCPS Excess Space dated August 13, 2009” to:
