Project Description
The Office of Property Management (OPM) is managing the development of the Anacostia Gateway Government Center. This facility will house the District Department of Transportation Headquarters and play a critical role in the revitalization of the Anacostia commercial area. The new government center, LEED Silver certified, will feature 350,000 SF of office space, ground floor retail space, and 2 levels of underground parking with 346 spaces.
