Jonathan Kayne has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working for both public and private companies in the areas of asset management, operations, acquisitions, financial management and leasing. His experience includes overseeing all aspects of large commercial real estate portfolios as well as creating and executing long-term strategic plans focused on maximizing real estate portfolio value.

For the past sixteen years, Jonathan has held senior level positions with companies such as Stellar Management, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Charles E. Smith Residential and LaSalle Advisors.  Past responsibilities included managing all aspects of a 5,000 unit residential portfolio valued at more than $1 billion, managing a retail portfolio totaling 18 million square feet, acquisition of apartment buildings and asset managing and acquiring assets on behalf of pension fund clients.

Jonathan is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University where he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate. He is a resident of the District of Columbia and excited to be part of the successful management and future growth of the Office of Property Management.
